Please read over the Arizona Trip Details and the Trip Itinerary then SUBMIT the following to Wilson’s attention:
a completed Trip Application
Personal Testimony and Reasons for wanting to attend the trip
Trip Permission Forms
a copy of your photo ID
Health Insurance Card
$200 refundable deposit
How to Submit the Materials to Wilson: Your completed application and materials may be submitted at the front desk on Sundays, or Monday - Fridays 9AM - 5 PM, or through your Team Leader. Your application will not be considered complete until all the above listed materials are received by Wilson. Space is limited. We are going to do our best to have every applicant join us for the trip but applicants may be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Filling out an application is not a guarantee that you will be able to attend the trip.
Arizona Mission Trip Itinerary
Saturday August 3rd- Sunday August 4th- Depart LHCC by 7:30 via Three Springs Motor Coach bus and Drive through the night and arrive at WIM Sunday Evening
Monday August 5th-Friday August 9th Ministry at WIM and surrounding area. This to include new construction, demolition of old structures, interior painting and ministry to the Navajo youth on the reservation.
Saturday August 10th-Depart WIM by 8AM and drive north through shipwreck New Mexico and North to Cortez Colorado. Drive the scenic Dolores Canyon and over Lizard Head pass ending in Ouray Colorado for 2 nights of camping
Sunday August 11th-Perimeter Hike around Ouray CO
Monday August 12th- Drive the million dollar Highway. Lunch at Molas Pass and stopping for dinner in Albuquerque New Mexico
Tuesday August 13th- Fly from ALB New Mexico to PHL
*It is the personal responsibility of each student to pay to full amount for this trip. We will be doing team fundraisers to help lower the over all cost of this trip. The more you (the student) participates in team fundraisers the less you will owe in the end. Final payment is DUE July 28th
