After spending nearly a decade in the military, my wife and I returned to her hometown of Souderton. I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, especially walking outside whenever we can. Together, we love discovering new restaurants and shops.

I also enjoy playing disc golf because it combines two of my favorite things: being outdoors and being free! I’m passionate about discussing business endeavors, real estate, technology, traveling, and food. Most importantly, I love diving into deep, meaningful conversations with others and doing my best to share love with each person I meet, in hopes of showing them the joy that Jesus provides.

I have the privilege of serving as a worship leader at Living Hope, where I get to help create an atmosphere of praise through music that draws people closer to the heart of God. Leading worship isn’t just something I do—it’s a calling that my wife, Bethany, and I share. We’re both passionate about leading worship that is authentic, Christ-centered, and Spirit-led, helping others encounter God in a powerful way.


When I’m not leading worship, you’ll probably find me fishing on Lake Nockamixon, guiding anglers to their next big catch through my fishing guide service. Fishing has always been a huge part of my life, and I like to say I’m not just a fisher of fish, but also a fisher of men!

Family, Travel, and Gardening!

I am recently retired and excited to see how God uses this next phase of my life. My wife Mollie and I have 4 adult children and 4 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family, traveling with my wife, and working in the garden. Along with working part time here at Living Hope, I am the executive director of Healthy Neighbors International and help transport students with special needs for the Central Bucks School District.

I joined the Living Hope team in 2025, and it is my absolute delight to share the living hope of Jesus Christ with my community. My passion is to see people rooted and grounded in the love of Jesus (Ephesians 3:17). Living Hope has been such a blessing to me and my family, and it is my privilege to serve here. I live in Doylestown with my wife and son, and we love spending time at Peace Valley, Kids Castle, and the Mercer Museum.

SAM DEFORD

I’m honored to help pastor and serve this local church community. I have a deep passion for discipleship, the spiritual formation of believers, and biblical counseling. My heart is to help others abide in the love of Christ and live from that love as God’s sons and daughters. It is a true joy to walk alongside you as we grow together in faith and in the transforming grace of Jesus. My wife, Audrey, and I live here in Doylestown, PA, with our five children—Flora, Freya, Winifred, Whitaker, and Ira.

KEITH JOHNSON

I love spending time with my wife and family, especially my grandchildren and great grandchildren. As a recording artist, I find great joy in sharing music with audiences throughout the region as opportunities arise. I also find deep satisfaction in sharing Biblical financial principles in a clear and creative way.

Keith brings more than 40 years of experience as a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Certified Wealth Strategist™ (CWS®). His background includes professional investment portfolio management for institutions and high net worth individuals as well as offering advanced estate planning advice and strategies. Before retiring from corporate life, he travelled extensively bringing clarity to audiences about important financial planning and money management principles. Currently, Keith serves a number of Christian nonprofit organizations including Director of Finance and Treasurer of Living Hope Community Church, Chairman of the Board of America’s Keswick in New Jersey and Treasurer of Kalos Arts Foundation. He is an entertaining speaker and a gospel recording artist. He has released two vocal albums entitled, “More About Jesus” and “Amazing Hope”. He currently resides in Perkasie, Pennsylvania with his wife Richene where he loves spending time with family, including his fou grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Hi, I’m Colin!
I’ve been working in audio and multimedia for over twenty-five years, working everywhere from Hollywood film sets and video game studios to concerts, worship centers, and recording studios. I love creating soundscapes that help stories come alive. I take joy in the details of sound, shaping each mix so it serves the moment, enhances the message, and draws people in.

At Living Hope, I get to combine my passion for technical excellence with my heart for worship and community. When I’m not behind a console or in the studio, I’m usually hanging out or adventuring with my wife, Makinsie, and our two kids, James and Emily.

SEAN DONOHUE

Hi, I’m Sean! I’m passionate about using technology to support organizations I care about, and after years of volunteering at Living Hope, I’m excited to serve on staff in a part-time role. I handle IT support, keeping things running smoothly so everyone can focus on ministry and community. On Sundays, you’ll usually find me behind the video console, making sure everything runs seamlessly during the service. When I’m not working with tech, I love spending time with my wife, Becky, and our dogs, cooking (carbonara is my specialty!), or unwinding with a good video game. I’m always happy to lend a hand and enjoy finding solutions to make things work better!

EUGENE MILLER

After attending Liberty University and Biblical Theological Seminary, I came to Living Hope in 1999 as the first pastor of a young church plant. Previously I was serving as a Youth Pastor in West Chester and still have a heart for reaching the next generation of disciples and leaders for Christ. It is exciting to see how Living Hope has grown over the years and to be a part of all that God is doing in our community and world. When I’m not at the church, I like to surf, hunt, drink good coffee, ride motocross, and ride my Harley with my wonderful wife Diana. I am also wrapping up my Doctor of Ministry degree at Westminster Theological Seminary in Glenside, PA; writing my dissertation on the biblical foundations for church and leadership. We live right here in the community of Dublin, which we love! We have two beautiful daughters, two awesome son-in-laws, and four incredible grandkids, Braxton and Willow, Ilse and Primrose.

I started attending Living Hope in 2017 and I'm so excited and blessed to be able to join the staff! I'm a born and raised Doylestown-ian and am looking forward to seeing the Lord's plans for His community here. In my free time I like to explore new playgrounds with my kids, paint, sew, and cook.

JAMES WHEELER

I joined the Living Hope family in 2024 with a passion for helping others find their way to Jesus and grow through deep, relational discipleship. I believe lasting growth happens in honest, Christ-centered community, and I count it a joy to be part of that journey with others. As a Lord of the Rings fan, I relate to Hobbits—simple joys, strong loyalty, and always ready for an unexpected adventure (especially if it involves second breakfast). With my loving wife and sweet daughter by my side, I’m grateful to serve in a place where people are genuinely seeking to know and follow Jesus.

I’m a husband to my wife Jennifer and a father to my 2 sons Justus and Jacob. When God has a plan for your life, He never fails. I’ve always worked in some capacity with the youth. From my younger years as a mental health worker, to a trainer. After getting married and having children, I graduated with a Bachelors in History and worked with and taught High School students for 13 years, after seeing the need for more mental health workers in the community who are saved, I went back to college and recently graduated with a Masters in Counseling with a concentration in child family and trauma, I also have coached youth football for the past 5 years.

I joined Living Hope March, 2022. I thoroughly enjoy and feel blessed to work with youth and look forward to all God is doing in the ministry.

I recently graduated from Lancaster Bible College and got married to my beautiful wife, Emma. In my free time, I love to watch sports, go out with friends, and try new things. I am very excited to be a part of Living Hope and show God's love to the youth in the community!

JAMIE WALCK

Throughout my life, I have always felt called by the Lord towards helping others. This desire started as early as skipping recess to help in a classroom in elementary school all the way to attending Messiah College and graduating with a degree in Human Development and Family Science. Since then I have worked in many capacities over the last 12 years, but always supporting family and children towards their goals. I feel blessed to be able to combine my faith and passion for helping families and children in my role as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator!

GEE HENDRICKS

My husband, Rick, and I came to Living Hope in January 2014. We have been so very blessed to be part of the body here and now I am very privileged to be part of the staff! With a background in education administration, I enjoy coordinating the Welcome Center both during the week and on Sundays. I love greeting and assisting our guests new and not so new. When not at the church building, I can be found cooking – I’m kind of a “foodie”, or quilting – I enjoy working with color and patterns. Rick and I live in our empty nest in Perkasie.

BRYAN GIBERSON

I am a very private guy and find that family time is what is most important, especially nowadays. I enjoy reading/writing books and going on adventures with my amazing daughter. I am a quick and eager learner and try to help loved ones whenever I am able. A fun fact about me is that I have written four books but have only published one.

KARISSA MURMYLO

I began attending Living Hope in 2018 and made the decision to begin regular attendance by Easter in 2019! After that, I started volunteering for our elementary students and with Jr. High Hope Students. In January of 2022, God graciously provided the position of Welcome Center Admin. It is such a blessing to work with an amazing team and to connect with the individuals at Living Hope on Sundays and throughout the week. Aside from work, I enjoy art, music, spending time in creation, travel, and all kinds of recreational adventures!

DANIELLE DUNN

From setting up my model classroom in my childhood basement through studying education at Eastern University, God has been orienting my heart towards children's ministry for my entire life. I've been privileged to see God use my gifts and talents in multiple places; in education (as a 5th grade teacher), in real estate (as the "teaching realtor"!), and now at Living Hope. I am excited to welcome kids to meet Jesus!

CATHY MUSCARA

God has taken my love for all things Jesus and all things children and combined them in to the most wonderful serve opportunity as Children's Ministry Director at Living Hope! I started volunteering in our Preschool room in 2015 and accepted the Children's Ministry position in 2016. It is an exciting honor to support our families as they disciple their children in following Jesus! Sunday dinner is the highlight of my week, enjoying homegrown goodies, fun with our farm animals, and best of all, time with my husband, children and grandchildren! I first came to Living Hope when I was 13 years old in the gym of Plumstead Christian. God brought me back here after college to serve in student ministry. After 4 years of serving, I am blessed to serve God in this new way. I can usually be found working on my car, enjoying the woods in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and playing with my dogs with my beautiful wife Kaitlyn. My passion is bringing teenagers to Christ through the most ridiculous games, unforgettable experiences, and real relationships.

Being new to the Living Hope family, I'm so excited to be part of this body and join the staff at the Doylestown campus. I look forward to developing relationships and serving the Lord in this community. I am blessed to have two amazing daughters and three precious grandchildren who keep me young!

DAN PARFITT

After growing up on a farm, I graduated from DeSales University with a BA in Media Studies & Communications - specializing in Branding & Design. I began my career working in Marketing, spent time as a freelance Branding and Design Consultant, and now own my own business. I spend much of my personal time running my business, studying the industry, and training for my next competition.

BEN OSBORN

I grew up in a very musically talented family and my father was the worship leader in our church growing up. Because of that, I have been involved in music for as long as I can remember. One of my passions is to lead people into authentic worship to the Lord through music. My wife Alicia and I both grew up in Delaware and got married in 2013. We relocated to Pennsylvania in 2015 and currently live in Telford with our 3 beautiful children, Colton, Briella, and Levi.

DAVID KIRKNER

In addition to God, my wife, and my family, I love being a part of this amazing team and impacting lives by expressing redemptive love to our congregation and community. Additionally, I love conversing with a friend while drinking coffee, and listening to the Phillies on my transistor radio.

I was the middle one of 3 boys blessed to grow up in in a home with parents who sincerely loved God, their boys and each other. Feeling as though I could never measure up, I rarely did. I was the one of 8 who was not chosen to move into the accelerated program in grade school. I graduated college with a C- average, have had 3 knee surgeries, been fired 4 times, and have experienced a number of other shattered dreams. But through it all God has demonstrated His sovereignty, wisdom, love, mercy, and kindness. He has always had my “back” and my heart. Despite what seems like a lot of failure, God has used me in spite of myself to enrich His Kingdom exponentially in over 25 years in the church, 10+ years in the Academy and two decades in the corporate world. I am thrilled to be part of God’s audience and play a part in His agenda. My wife, Linda, and I live in Chalfont and are the proud parents of two amazing adult children, Katie and Jon. Katie and her husband, David, are the parents of our grandsons Joel and Nolan.

COLE SIMCOX

I officially joined the staff team in 2012, as the Worship Ministries Director, but have been on Team Living Hope since its inception in 1997. I was privileged to be a part of those few families that pioneered a new church and started meeting in a barn in Bedminster, PA. Moving to my current role in 2021, I have a passion for creating safe, distraction free environments where the Truths of scripture can be heard. I get to manage an amazing staff of godly individuals who have a passion for the Lord and a pursuit of excellence. When I’m not creating memories with my wife and two boys I love to hunt, fish, and ski in the Rocky mountains.

NICK CAMPAGNA

I joined the Living Hope Team in 2007 and consider it an honor to serve this community with love and joy. One of the best parts of my job is that I get to share, connect, minister, and disciple others to Christ. To ‘present everyone mature in Christ’ is my passion and goal. One of my other favorite things to do at Living Hope is play on the softball team! I’m a loyal fan of all Philly sports teams and I live in Perkasie with my wildly wonderful family.

LEAH VILLAGRA

I first came to Living Hope in 2011 and later became involved with the children’s ministry team as a volunteer in preschool. I'm a graduate of Cairn University and was a member of the women’s soccer team. Outside of being in ministry, I volunteer for 4-H, enjoy road trips and being an auntie! I love being on staff here at Living Hope and I'm excited to see how the Lord will use us to further His Kingdom!
